Velvet was...

 a lightblue Spangle male. His full name was White Velvet, because his white wings and his feathers which were so soft.

Velvet was a handicapped budgie. he came very well along with that. He has lost as baby-budgie his right leg and Jacky was once so stupid to bite his feathers of the wings on one side away, that they did not grown again. I was at the breeder and at the vet because of that, but they will not come again back, they said.
So Velvet were not able to fly long distances as well not straight anymore.
