My, since many years, very good connections with the farmers (olivetrees), the beekeepers,and other producers and suppliers of natural products from the mountains, will be continuated.
Only the sale of my products moved from the village Schinokapsala to the village Mirtos.
All the products are still from the mountains, as all the years before.
So I am, in winter and during the olive-picking, daily in the mountains. I collect the olives to eat by myself and for the oil together with my friends from the mountainvillages. I am in the factory when "my" oil will be pressed and look if everything goes in the correct way.

The small fishermenvillage Mirtos is at the Southeast coast of Crete, 14 km to the west of the town Ierapetra. Mirtos is easier to reach for you then the mountainvillage, where I had my shop before.
In Mirtos it is easy to find the shop: it is at the mainstreet of Mirtos, parallel to the promenade and opposite of the tavern "Platanos" with the very big and beautiful plane.

All the products are NOT manipulated with chemicals - not during the growth and not after the harvest!
The olive trees (for my cold pressed olive oil and olives to eat) are, during the years, taken care with only water, sun and natural dung.
The olive oil soap is made from "my" good olive oil and, among others, with some natural Geranium-oil.
The herbs are collected high in the mountains, far away from f.i. cars.
Also the honey is free from chemicals or other additions: the barrels and combs are cleaned with only hot water, without cleaning additions.
