The DiST-Roaster-System provides a variable mode to create and edit Timesheets/Timetables and Plans.
It lets you calculate and create accounts, managed persons, organisations, check rules and a lot more. It is written in Java!
This system developed after experience of many
years with the production of an appropriate system for a clinic for
accident cases in Bavaria. There very special requirements were
generalized in this project for a broader use. During the
conversion the very simple handling, as well as the problem-free
expandability of the system were important. The system is used
already for the hour collection in the IT industry.
Since the system with the JArtifex Framework was generated, are
easy further adjustments as well as special wishes to integrate.

Use
DiST is Shareware and can for testing up to 60 days
be used. In the case of further use a license should be
acquired. For the acquisition of a license one is to be sent
mail to jartifex@yahoo.de, to
them then as soon as possible a registration number will be
dispatched. The royalties amount to at the time per user 89EUR.
If several licenses are requested, then can be negotiated this
in detail.
This software exists so far only in English language! If
increased need at a German version exists, then this is provided as
soon as possible.
Download and installation
Basic condition is a Java JDK
starting from version 1.5.0 (reduced usable also
a Java JRE is starting from
version 1.5.0). To the Download, you click to
the newest roster version please here (this should not function left temporarily, sends you
please a short message to above email)

Starting
To install the Application, a doubleclick to the dienstplan-installer.jar should work, if not, you have to start a shell with the command 'java -jar dienstplan-installer.jar'
Now you can start the roster
program timesheet.bat! For a compensated
(English) documentation you look here.
For testing you can use the suggested user as Login ' ts ',
press you then directly the RETURN key. They can use the
sense-free example data of the data base for the time being for
testing. Later you should proceed as described in ' production
of own data '. Click on the rider ' plan ' around the monthly
plan to receive. Press F5, in order to update this opinion.
Click into a cell of this plan, on any day one bel.
Coworker. Press now F4, now appear the input mask for
services. Press e.g. the key ' N ' (= normal service). The
characteristics of this service are now indicated. If you press
the RETURN key now, then this service in the selected place is
inserted. If you press the RETURN key a further mark, then the
same service is inserted on the next day. They can select
however also another cell and repeat this. If you change
somewhat in the selection opinion (e.g. organization), then you must
operate F5 for actualization. If you want to open a stored plan,
store or print a plan, then you do this over over the Toolbar the
opinion ' plan '.
Production of own data
If you liked to develop own data, you should
accomplish the following steps:
- terminating it all Timesheet Anwenndungen
- starting you the script timeshheet/create_new_db.bat for putting
an empty data base on.
- starting you the program timeesheet.bat, clicking you in the menu
' Configuration -- more >ConfigurationManager '.
- and you put on a clicking you on the rider Orrgansisation here your special
organization (e.g., the names of your company).
- and you put on a clicking you on the rider Cllasses here their coworker
classifications (training degrees).
- and you put a clicking you on the rider Tyypes here your kinds of service on
(early -, late -, night duties etc.).
- and you put on a clicking you on the rider Emmployee here your coworkers.
Note please that you do not register anything now with the announcing screen
(or log in dialogue) in the field user and with the field
password ' admin ' register (there only this root user exists)!
Projects (Project) and customer (Customer) are needed only for
hour collections over the rider ' Times '. There each individual
coworker can do his actually resulted would wind up registers.
