    The Filhispanic Circle was born of Mr Andreas Herbig's idea and passion for the hispanic culture. Mr Andreas Herbig is an engineer alarmed by the decline of the Spanish language in the Philippines, a nation belonging to the great family of hispanic countries.
    The Circle is a mail group in the Internet. To the date of this page's editing we are more than one hundred members scattered through the hispanic world.
